Do you know some Deck builders don’t do any designing?

We still shake our heads at this, but it’s true!  Some Deck builders actually skip the important step of creating an actual design.  At Decks R Us, the deck design is one of the first things we’ll talk with you about, working on a rough draft with you from the beginning so you can get an idea of what it could look like.  

We’ve included some examples of deck designs here to give you an idea not only of what the schematic look likes, but also see the total square feet, point out some cool features and give you an idea of what they cost.

See something you really like?  Print it out for when we come to visit and have a chat about your possible deck.  We’ll give you our best advice on the design you like and help you decide if it will fit into your budget and give what you want in your deck. 

“Print it up, draw on it, cross the whole thing out and start over- whatever you need to do to help us understand what you want in your deck,” advises John from Decks R Us.  “Since all we do are decks, I’d like to think I’ve gotten pretty good at taking a design idea from the customer and turning it into the actual plans.”
