When we say we only build long lasting, beautiful decks, we mean it.
In fact, we are so certain that our workmanship will last as long as you own our deck, that we back it up with our “Life Time Craftsmanship Warranty.”

What does this cover?
Let’s say that 4 years after we build your deck, one of the deck rail posts becomes loose. Since that’s part of our craftsmanship, and as the original Decks R Us customer, give us a call and we’ll schedule a time to come out and make it right.
And- we’re upfront with you to tell you what it is not covered:
Our Craftsmanship Warranty won’t go beyond any material warranties.
We’ve made it a point to scour the country to find the best synthetic decking materials-with the best warranties that we can pass along to you. That’s why we recommend Azek & Solstice materials; we can pass their lifetime warranties on to you. Also many of the other products we use such as railings, pressure treated wood, Deckorator Spindles, lights, etc. have warranties of various coverages and lengths. If at anytime you would like to see any of these warranties we would be happy to provide them for you.
And of course- normal wear and tear isn’t covered by our Life Time Craftsmanship Warranty. If you chose pressure treated wood for example because you liked the look, we probably pointed out to you that if it’s not property maintained, it could begin to show signs of cracking and splitting- which wouldn’t be covered by our Life Time Craftsmanship Guarantee.
